Honey may modify this Agreement from time to time. You agree that you are not using the Service for or on behalf of any third-party or for any commercial purpose.
The Service is for personal, non-commercial use. If you use the Service, you represent that you have the capacity to be bound by this Agreement. You may not use the Service or accept this Agreement if you are not of a legal age and able and competent to form a binding contract with Honey. You must be an individual and at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state or country of residence, to use the Service. The terms "you" or "User" refers to a Visitor or a Member. This Agreement applies to you regardless of whether you are a "Member" (which means you have created an account with Honey) or are a "Visitor" (which means that you are using the Service but have not created an account with Honey). īy using any portion of the Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Agreement.
